Responsibilities begin with an overall assessment of the objectives of the management and determining gaps in the present system; developing an entire training module based on objectives, time, and result parameters; delivering behavioral and corporate value programs; assessing a 360* feedback and conducting a performance appraisal, in a given time period.

We seek, an extremely astute, people oriented, training professional under the age of 35 years. Ideally you should have an Engineering background coupled with training experience. You must have a background in imparting quality programs and corporate value programs. The person should be willing to contribute in related change management programs and thus be a valuable part of the Human Resources Department.
