They seek to appoint a Relationship Manager to facilitate the insurance needs of the corporate clientele in terms of products, sales, staff training and day to day servicing requirements. He or she will be the first point of contact for designated bank, insurance and third party supplier staff at all levels and will be expected to provide assistance and solutions to all requests or queries. This will include, but not be limited to:
· facilitating insurance quotations for bank's Corporate clients (including SME business) in conjunction with the Bank's Relationship Managers
· Making sure that all the required documentation to quote is provided to the insurance company
· working with the insurance company, and other third party suppliers, to develop new product offerings (Corporate conventional products)
· negotiating renewals of corporate insurance customers through the bank
· negotiating terms and conditions with Third Party Insurance providers,
· working with the bank to design and implement advertising and marketing campaigns
· making sure that ‘brand awareness’ is fully maximized through the various sales channels,
· managing the training of bank staff both in product knowledge and sales techniques,
· making sure that training needs are current and are regularly updated and delivered to bank staff,
· driving each product line through effective data analysis and management,
· statistical analysis of the banks customers by segment and identifying insurance solutions for these,
· working quickly and methodically whilst keeping to pre-determined schedules and deadlines
