Key
responsibilities would include:
1.Achieving
the rental sales turnover, GP, NP and the collection target assigned for the
products, identify new products, services and solutions that can be positioned
along with the existing products and expand the product presence in other
territories within the GCC.
2.Define and
implement process to optimize efficiency through extending technical,
procedural, field support and customer feedback leading to effective closure of
opportunities.
3.To ensure
negative communication from customers ( Internal & External) and other non
–compliance to process requirements are less than two cases ( PP’s and Audit
NCR’s) per year by resolving issues with all concerned and initiating
corrective and preventive action.
4.To achieve
Quality objectives for the Department.
5.To develop
and implement a training calendar to ensure all marine team members acquire
proficiency for at least one product group and adequate proficiency for at
least two groups and that the skills inventory is constantly updated.
6.To ensure
proper management of relationship with the Principal as well as with customers,
and take effective decisions to retain them, resolve issues and add to product
base as necessary. Ensure adequate inventory of equipments to meet the
requirements of customers. Serve effectively as a communication channel between
various departments, through team management to synergize organization.
7.To ensure
time/cost variations for projects undertaken are within the budgeted tolerance
figures and manage projects through software and documentation.
