• Strategize the business for different product groups for various countries.
• Understand the market dynamics & segment various product lines to align with competition.
• Prepare budget for various product groups and develop & monitor procurement plan & safety stock levels to achieve the budget.
• Develop pricing strategy after carefully studying competition in various markets.
• Design & develop entry strategy based on market dynamics.
• Identify potential of a geographic region & develop business plan to penetrate & achieve maximum market share.
• Workout launch plans & budget for new products & relaunch plan for existing ranges if required.
• Conduct market research, competitor surveys, brand positioning & pricing analysis.
• Maintain POS materials, flyers, brochures, display stands etc. needed for the division.
• Provide training for internal & external sales force.
• Identify shifts in market demands & take advantage of them by using the USP of the brand to drive sales.
• Maintain project database & monitor lost & won projects and evaluate & rectify the reason for loosing.
• Visit specifiers & ensure maximum specification for the brand.
• Work closely with the Sales department to increase & maximize market share.
• Monitor distribution & redistribution.
• Ensure availability of fast moving products at all times.
• Monitor inventory summary of various distributors.
• Device channel strategy for various markets.

Candidate Profile |
 |
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of Building Automation, Lighting Control, Security Control systems, Data networking etc is essential. Field sales experience, ability to design, estimate and quote for projects are the essential skills required.
