• Developing and over seeing the complete activities directly related to advertising, media, operations and admin in general for the smooth flow of the agency.
• Developing & meeting new and existing clients/accounts for their advertising, media and marketing requirements. Like: new product launch brief, brochures, flyers, ad campaigns designs etc.
• Preparing and presenting new business proposals and media plan and marketing strategy to prospective clients through brain storming sessions along with the Creative team for copy writing, advertising captions and text etc.
• Negotiating and coordinating with the clients and publications for the execution of the media booking orders, quotation etc
• Direct and co-ordinate activities of agency businesses with the production and creative team and for executing the advertising design layout.
• Organizing the press conference and press releases for existing and new clients if requires.
• Handles the media buying and planning for various media in region as well in the international sector for the clients and negotiate for the best discounted rate and package deals.
• Daily monitoring the newspapers, magazines for getting the leads for developing the business and sending company profile etc.

Candidate Profile |

Graduate / MBA with experience in the Advertising industry. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Media and Communication with experience in BTL activities a must.
