Based in Congo, reporting to the Head of International Sales, the selected candidate will have the responsibility for the region's sales operation, ensuring the maximization of sales and the adherence to company’s goals and objectives. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the task of business development, establishing a distributor relationship, hiring / training and strengthening their sales force, launching the brand / products in these new markets through both strategic and tactical measures and creating interest in the consumer through several BTL activities. However, developing a business plan, setting a strategy for the success of the operation would probably be the person’s most important KRA. The role is extremely challenging as it is a new market and there is scope to expand market presence, through the introduction of new brands / products .

We seek a strong sales and distribution professional with 6-8 years of experience in the African market and a background in FMCG sales distribution. The person must demonstrate strong strategic management capabilities, a hands on approach to sales distribution and excellent planning skills.
